At Republic, our model is different, different than other cell phone companies. We started out with this idea that we wanted to provide great support but not pass on the cost of great support on to our customers. So after every support interaction we ask our customers how we did. We ask a really simple question: Are you satisfied or not? And we track that and we watch it, and that helps us get better.
We like the idea of publishing all this information. It keeps us honest. We really value what our customers say about us, and this is a really public way of acknowledging that and making sure that we drive improvements and live up to the expectations our customers have.
We have customer support ready 24 by 7. There’s a bunch of ways to reach out and get a hold of us. There’s a way to submit a ticket, there’s a way to email, there’s a way to reach us on Twitter, and there are folks ready around the clock to answer those types of questions.
One of the unique things about Republic is that we’ve got this core set of folks on our community who really go the extra mile to help out our customers when they have questions. So this is an awesome way for customers to get started, post a question in our community, and often that’s the fastest way to get their question answered.
