According to the annual survey (involving a sample of over 9,200 people) compiled by Comparis.ch, for customer satisfaction in Switzerland when using mobile operators; the best score’s was surprisingly two supermarket chains and discount stores MVNO Programs for ALDI Mobile and Migros .
The Survey asked customers to rate: call quality, customer service satisfaction, clarity of information, network coverage and costs.
In third place, was Swisscom followed by two more Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) Yallo and Coop Mobile.

ALDI Mobile (aka Salut! Mobil)
Swiss operator Sunrise launched the pre-paid brand, offering low tariffs for on-net and mobile to fixed line calls. The Aldi mobile service is distributed through supermarket chain Aldi.

Co-op Mobile
Coop is a Swiss cooperative which operates the second largest supermarket chain in Switzerland after Migros. In 2001, Coop merged with 11 cooperative federations which had been its main suppliers for over 100 years. As of 2007, Coop operates 1437 shops and employs almost 48 200 people and its web site offers much of the same selection found in the Coop stores and delivers groceries, wine, flowers, books, and other products to customers in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. It currently markets its services in German, French, and English.
