3 announces that UPC MVNO in Austria will launch in 1 year’s time

The online edition of Der Standard has reported that 3 Austria has announced that UPC will launch its MVNO in a year’s time, citing 3 CEO Jan Trionow. He said this would allow the necessary time for preparations.
