Rami Levy’s Israeli MVNO Company claims that Cellcom is Stalling

Rami Levy‘s Company ”שיווק השקמה תקשורת / Sycamore Marketing Communications”, is in the process of setting up its virtual model (MVNO), addressed the media yesterday with a strong complaint and letter against Cellcom and presented its case to the Minister Moshe Kahlon. The company alleges that Cellcom will not or is currently stalling on connecting to its systems, to “establish the reciprocal linking” for communications and Cellcom is purposely delaying the launch of new competitors in the cellular market.

Rami Levy’s MVNO will be hosted by Pelephone, however its up to Rami Levy’s company to connect to the respective telco’s.

“Cellcom is behaving illegally. The behavior of Cellcom is contrary to the provisions of the license and Antitrust Law and is contrary to all Business norms – Commercial reasonable, fair or appropriate,” states Ran Efrati.
