MVNO fronted by former Three and Orange executives Gordon Webber and Gareth Jones goes under after a year in operationLondon based MVNO Nutshell Mobile has ceased trading just over a year after it was launched, reports Mobile News. The company which ran off the Three’s network launched on March 15 last year and pitched itself to disenfranchised customers who were unable to secure a contract on larger operators.
It was started by by former Orange and Three sales chief Gareth Jones and former Three commercial and business development director Gordon Webber.
Industry sources have confirmed the closure with one saying all customers had been refunded for the products they held with the company at its time of closure.
Nutshell Mobile’s website has also been removed for the internet.
