You Mobile will use the Orange network and will become an MVNO in Spain scheduled for commercial launch in June with an initially offer focusing on prepay mobile services and offering Chinese focused USPs.
The service wants to differentiate itself from its competitors by offering cheaper tariffs. For now, You Mobile has started testing its service and plans to launch with a bundle for the Spanish market which will have a monthly bundle flat fee of €8.80 p/mnth, which includes 60 minutes of calls to China and 1,500 minutes p/mnth for “on-net” calls free of charge. If users exceed the “on-net” allocation, they will be billed at €0.06. Calls to national fixed and mobile numbers will be billed at €0.06 p/min, with a connection fee of €0.15 and International destinations will be charged at €0.45.
