SOURCE; TransatelIn January 2011, thanks to a strategic partnership with Transatel, Triotel became a MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) on the network of Orange Switzerland. The mobile offers have been launched in January 2011.
The attractive mobile offers complete its existing service portfolio including landlines, Internet and Voice over IP (VOIP). To be able to propose mobile services, Triotel decided to make a strategic partnership with Transatel, a reliable European company specialized in mobile telephony services which will provide technical services to Triotel.
Based in Kloten, Triotel is a successful telecom service provider since 2003. Triotel stands for a new concept: it associates competitive, convincing and innovative services to a good deed. How does it work? With every phone call the customer directly support an association that he selected. Up to 10% of the fixed phone bills and 5% of the mobile phone bills is transferred by Triotel on behalf of the customer to a Swiss institution : efficient and unique!
The new Triotel Mobile offers are based on the following principles: - Five different offers adapted to everyone’s need - Attractive prices for mobile phones (Smartphones from CHF 0.-) - Special gifts during the introduction of the offer (until the end of March) - Doing a good deed by calling (5% of the bill) - A professional, kind and competent customer service (no waiting time on the hotline)
