2NR or TweedeNummer.nl declared bankruptcy in the second half of December. The new MVNO brand of TeleCombination International launched one year ago, offering a Sim card with two mobile numbers.. The application was developed in collaboration with Elephant Talk, which also delivers MVNE services. Tweedenummer and TeleCombination were not available for comment. The 2NR site is no longer online.
