Caramel Progressive Communications Ltd applies for MVNO Licence.

This is the 14th company that has requested an MVNO license; so far seven licenses have been granted

Caramel Progressive Communications Ltd is owned by Brimag Communications Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brimag Digital Age Ltd., which is a public company; applied through the Ministry of Communications for an application for a MVNO license and has completed the advance license fee. (See PR Statement)

The Ministry of Communications; CEO Eden Bar Tal, has also indicated that another firm; The Electric lounge Corporation Ltd. is also interested in apply for an MVNO Licence; however they have not formally submitted their applicant.

To date, the following companies have applied for MVNO license in Israel: Caramel Progressive Communications Ltd., Cellular oak, The Israel Postal Company, “based bint”, “Ituran”, “Telecom 365″, “Home Cellular “,” von waves, “” Perry Telecom “,” T2T communication “,” Rami Levy “,” Marathon 018 “,” Azi communication “and” 012 Mobile. ”

The Minister of Communications has so far granted license’s to: “Telecom 365″, “Ituran”, “Perry Telecom”, “Rami Levy”, “Bint basis”, “mobile home” and “T2T Communications .
