The report:
Telestrada SA provided information dated 2010-09-15 informs that they have signed with the company Telogic Poland Sp. Ltd., an agreement whose object is to provide the Telogic solutions to implement the Telestrada SA mobile telephony services. It is envisaged that the implementation of mobile Internet access and mobile telephony based on a model of post-paid and prepaid model. Commercial services are running as of today. Telestrada SA will offer mobile services to its existing customers and new customers, both in terms of mobile Internet access and voice telephony. Services rendered will be based on a model of multi-brand communications gathered under a common brand WHITE Mobile. Services will be provided by all group companies under the brand names Telestrada SA, Telestrada WHITE Multimo, WHITE TELE24, and little will be made available to other telecommunications operators, Internet portals, networks, local department in order to create many small quasi-cellular networks for customers of these companies on the assumption that Each of these networks will use its own brand with the addition of the name WHITE. Telestrada SA does not preclude the future establishment of a separate special purpose company to carry out telecommunications activities in mobile networks and guarantee the right to assign the contract signed with Telogic Poland Sp. z oo for such an entity.Source: Eurobankier
