PrepaidMVNO has been fortunte enough to interview, Mr Sacha Visram, MD of Desi Mobi. For those of you unaware; Desi Mobi recently posted a PR statement regarding their immanent launch:

Here are the Highlights - Desi Mobi is a new MVNO which is scheduled to launch in November targeting the British Asian communities. Hosted on the Vodafone UK network, Desi Mobi will be available in over 400 mobile phone stores nationwide from launch. The SIM-only post-pay service will offer consumers a flat rate UK and international calls as part of a monthly price plan. There are two contract terms available: 2 or 12 months, with the latter offering an extra 10 percent of minutes and texts. Customers will be able to access desi mobi’s free-to-browse British and Asian content via the desi mobi “starlight” port and a unique partnership with Desi Hits, online provider of South Asian content.
